Your gold partner support services include:

 

Software Updates:

 

  • Quest Development releases up to 3 to 4 upgrades per year.
  • All active support customers will receive update notifications via email with access to the Customer Zone for downloading updates.
  • Posted update discs are charged at $12.50 AUD including postage and handling.

 

 

Technical Support (Unlimited)

 

  • By Telephone 8.00am to 8.00pm Melbourne Australia time Monday to Friday. After hours a message bank will be available and a Support Staff Member will call back promptly.
  • Email Support will respond to inquiries within 2 (two) business hours.
  • “Direct Connect Assist” live web help is available during business hours.

 

Quantity Verification

 

  • Requires a completed Earthwork job to be forwarded & PDF attachment of related plan.
  • Allow 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for a response.

 

 

Referral Rewards

 

  • Quest provides a $250 referral reward payment to existing customers who refer new business and a $250 credit note to the new business being referred.

 

Training Services:

  • Regional Training: One seat per primary (parent) license is available for all Regional Training Dates over a twelve month period. All additional station licenses will incur a cost minus Gold Partner Discount. All training seats are subject to availability. Subjects covered and dates can viewed here. Training laptop and lunch are included.

 

 

Product and Service Discounts

 

  • 20% discount on all regional training.
  • 20% discount on all additional station licenses and network upgrades, if made by the company holding the original license.
